Director Martin Phillips formed the business in the early nineties. Since then Tool Care Hire has gone from strength to strength, establishing a strong reputation and becoming one of the largest independent hire companies in the South West. In recent times it has also become a family business, with the involvement of Martin's sons Sam and Ben.
